As part of a comprehensive image campaign to change decades-old misperceptions about Greeley, Colorado while promoting the city’s distinctive vibe, helveticka worked with Spokane film and production studio ILF Media to create a series of 15- and 30-second television spots. Currently airing on Denver’s KUSA (an NBC affiliate) – as well as Discovery, TBS, TNT, A&E, Fox News, HGTV, Travel Channel, Animal Planet, MSNBC, and Headline News throughout northern Colorado – the commercials feature some of the familiar faces introduced in “Greeley Unexpected” billboards, bus wraps, and airport signage. After first developing the creative concepts behind the spots, helveticka and ILF filmed on location in Greeley, then did all editing and sound design at ILF’s studio in Spokane.
