The Environmental, Health, Safety, and Social Responsibility Committee is a committee
of Coeur’s board of directors, and is appointed to provide guidance in the development
of appropriate EHSSR corporate policies, employee processes, and management systems.

The committee reviews company compliance with applicable EHSSR laws, providing input and recommendations to further Coeur’s commitment to protecting the environment, safeguarding employees, and contributing to the welfare of the general public.
Coeur’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics provides guidance for the company’s business activities. The code pertains to maintaining high ethical standards of conduct and full compliance with applicable laws and governmental regulations, including company policies; environment, health and safety; legal compliance; third-party related transactions; fair dealings with others; con icts of interest; bribery; and anti-corruption issues. The Audit Committee of the board is responsible for overseeing and recommending board approval of the standards of business conduct contained in the code, including signi cant updates.
