Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) training for all business operations. In 2013, Coeur adopted a policy requiring annual FCPA compliance training for corporate level management, general managers, and all site management at each business operation.
INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
In an effort to build upon existing processes and to further mitigate environmental and safety risks and impacts, Coeur has embarked on the journey of implementing an integrated EHSSR management system. This system will provide a clearly de ned, structured, and integrated approach to managing EHSSR performance.
Coeur’s integrated management system (IMS) is comprised of 21 elements and follows a continuous improvement model. Its purpose is to more formally
